Sync up with the sacred rhythm of an early morning yoga ritual. Our mindful morning practices will follow a vinyasa format and focus on refining one single yogic practice per week: pranayama (breath work), drishti (gaze), energetic locks (bandha), single-pointed focus (dhyana). Class will be followed by an optional 10-minute guided meditation. You will leave feeling both energetically invigorated and sweetly relaxed. Open to everyone, although some yoga experience is recommended.
