Yoga invites one to contemplate & actuate boundaries for the sake of increased stability + agility. As a way of stepping into the new year, you’ll be invited to both set + sustain boundaries on and off the mat. Yes, on & off the mat is rife with rote—hatha hackneyed in fact. Even so, repetition tis the bedrock of yoga.

However, there is no pose repetition in the Saturday vs Sunday sequences. AKA: downward facing dog shows up Saturday, not Sunday.

Despite my travel abhor, I’m trekking to Shala cause Mira-Miraculous I adore.

When she says jump, I say how hatha-high?

Speaking of Miraculous-Mira, what a delight that she calls me D-light!

Speaking of names, my name came frOM my parents, as did my penchant for practice.

My mOM introduced me to asana, my dad to an amalgam of esoteric teachings.
