There’s no need for experience as a meditator for this group. There will always be varying degrees of experience with quietude and practice and that’s precisely welcome. We will discuss aspects of philosophy of a stillness practice, engage and connect as a community, and end each session with a sit. For those of you who do not have a sitting/stillness/quietude practice, this approach works sweetly and simply with relaxation balanced with intention. The practice and approach is gentle and can carry you from your very first sit well into a seasoned practice.
