Another installment of our philosophy-based immersion series, designed to offer you a global perspective of the yogic path, and a deeper dive into specific aspects of the subtle body and what it is to work with it, mentally and mechanically.

We’ll focus our lens on what it is to recognize, understand and work with the energetic body, using movement, mind and cosmology to expand our range and understanding of the path. We’ll also hone in on how Hatha Yoga works from a cosmological point of view.

This weekend is for students who long to learn more about how the physical practice fits into the larger context of this rich tradition and worldview. But the point of our philosophical inquiries remains, as it was originally designed, to empower our practices to serve us more deeply on, and more specifically, off the mat. Bring a notebook, a pen, and a light snack each day!
