Experience in all other classes is the foundation for this ongoing study of the art and science of asana. This practice will include deeper backbends, inversions, more complex arm balances and transitions. These 2-hour practices are for seasoned students interested in learning and expanding with nuance and anatomical precision. These practices are not for newer folks and those working with severe injury. Open to intermediate level students.
